Dundee Arms Inn - Accommodations for Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

Dundee Arms Inn

This Queens Anne revival mansion was constructed in 1903 by Lowe Bros. of Charlottetown for Mr. Parker Carvell whom, with his father Lieutenant Governor Jedediah Carvell, operated a flourishing produce business. The building stood as a private residence until 1956 and was finally converted to an Inn in 1972.

While extensive restorations have been carried out, the original character and charm of the property has been maintained. This is a truly authentic Inn featuring 22 tastefully decorated rooms, the award winning Griffon Dining Room and an English-style Hearth and Cricket Pub. Over the years the Dundee Arms Inn has developed an enviable reputation for hospitality, fine dining and gracious accommodations.

Dundee Arms Inn is located on a quiet side street in central Charlottetown two blocks from the business center and the Confederation Center of the Arts. It is also only a short drive from the airport and a five minute walk to the waterfront district.
